 Hello! I am Jennifer Sherman a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Zenitude.  I have been a full-time massage therapist since 2009. I am also a practicing Reiki Master. I opened Zenitude in 2019 as a place of healing and renewal. I believe we all contain the innate ability to heal, and I use an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind. Through compassionate and careful listening, I address both physical and energetic issues, gently ushering your body toward peace, balance, and relaxation. I truly enjoy the fulfillment that comes from diminishing an individual’s discomforts. There are so many simple aches and pains and even some of the more complex ones that can be efficiently relieved with muscle release. I have worked with chiropractors which has helped my understanding of pain patterns that exist when things are not properly aligned. I also worked at Miracle Hot Springs for 7 years, which gave me a wide clientele from all over the world. All sessions focusing on revitalization and grounding. The body is so complex yet so simple it needs to be allowed to balance out, and de-stress. Massage can help add to your vitality. I offer a range of modalities including but not limited to Therapeutic Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Sports Massage, Healing Stone, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Applied Kinesiology, Massage Cupping, Magnet Therapy, Trigger Point, Stretching, and Lymphatic Drainage. All treatments encouraging the body’s natural response to achieve homeostasis. At all times I incorporate energy work into my sessions and multiple techniques may be utilized during a session to serve a client’s specific needs. I am always seeking to expand my knowledge and develop my skills. I constantly strive to provide my clients with liberation from whatever aches and pains may afflict them.
